Seele Vollerei is the 6th obtainable character in Houkai Gakuen 2.
Character introduction[]
Nothing is known about Seele's birthplace or who her parents were. In early life, she lost both her parents and was then raised in Cocolia Orphanage alongside some other orphans, including Bronya and Sin Mal. Seele had the least potential to be chosen for Cocolia's experiment, however she managed to awaken her power at the last minute and replaced Sin to take part in the X-10 experiment. She did this to save and protect Bronya, only to lead to Bronya chasing after Seele by also participating in the experiment afterwards in hope of finding Seele. The experiment led to a failure that made Seele disappear.
Personality[]
Seele has two personalities that are direct opposite to each other. On one side she can be very sweet and kind, always showing her love to the people she cares about. However, the other personality, is a very manipulative and dangerous person who uses her power to achieve what she wants.
Stigmata[]

An imprint that appeared on the chest at birth gives it a strong talent, but it is still unclear what this power is. While enhancing the evasion ability with special effects, it also gives the opportunity to resurrect after death, suitable for players who likes to push to the limit.

Equipment build[]
Seele's equipment build is rather much harder than other characters due to the low amount of Evasion-related equipment compared to HP or Shield-tanking equipment.
- Although low amount of Evasion-related equipment, evasion builds can provide Seele certain amount of chance to evade getting 1-shotted (except True Damage) where HP or Shield-tanking methods are invalid regardless amount the game is possible to provide.
- Seele doesn't have much Shotgun-focused skills and these skills are also very weak, better equipping her with meta equipment instead!

Violet Sea Story (2012-2013)[]
Seele is a weak, quiet person, afraid of violence, and often shed tears when she is afraid.
With a Houkai stigmata, her body stores much more Houkai power than other. But because of her gentle nature, Seele was full of resistance and rejection of violence, and was unable to exert her full strength. Due to a long-term mental state of restraint and the influence of Honkai energy, Seele's spirit eventually split into a very sweet and kindly personality, while another one is very manipulative and dangerous.
About Sin Mal and Seele, both of whom were adopted by Cocolia during their childhood. Seele's personality is more extroverted, and the introverted and timid Seele is completely on the opposite side. In addition, in the normal state, Seele is in everyone's eyes the type of "nothing can be done", which is more disparate with Sin Mal with exposed talent. During the training in the orphanage, Seele performed mediocrely because of suppressing her power, and was repeatedly ridiculed by Sin Mal.
From the perspective of Sin Mal, Seele, who has always been opposed to her, suddenly has a more intimate playmate. The friction between herself and her also seems to be further ignored by the other... This is for Sin Mal, who has strong self-esteem.
Therefore, Sin Mal's feelings towards Seele are more complicated. This relationship cannot be simply understood as "friend" or "hostile". It is more mixed with identification and negation, envy and disdain, complacency and inferiority, contempt and unwillingness, and so on. Seele, who is obviously weaker than herself, has been taken seriously by Bronya, but she has no status in Bronya's eyes. In the end, Sin Mal aimed her vent of these conflicting feelings at the culprit she thought caused the current situation: Bronya.
In the end, Sin Mal is jealous of the intimate relationship between Bronya and Seele, and acts to hurt Bronya.
The stigmata on Seele's body was ravaged by many organizations. She was once abducted by mercenaries and taken away from the orphanage. Fortunately, she was rescued by Bronya who had arrived alone, and was not harmed. Seele's heart is full of gratitude and love for Bronya, taking this opportunity as an opportunity to form a friendship with Bronya and become close friends. The cruel and belligerent personality also had a strange feeling for seeing Bronya's murder scene.
However, when Bronya found Seele, the inner Seele appeared behind Bronya. Seele's fear called her demon inside, and unexpectedly caused Bronya's misunderstanding, so she had to make a promise to Seele not to hurt anyone anymore. Bronya didn't fight back in order to fulfill the agreement with Seele, so she was pushed down from the stairs and it caused a fracture. Seeing all the past, Seele was so timid that she couldn't move. When Seele rebuked herself in a toy box, Bronya ignored the body to comfort the crying Seele.
Seele felt guilty and painful for her weakness, who had witnessed the violence but didn't stop it. Seele's personality took advantage of the imagination and encouraged Seele to avenge Sin Mal and occupy Seele. Later that night, Seele sneaked into Sin Mal's room and physically and mentally tortured her, causing Sin Mal's spirit to collapse.
But at this time, Seele found the information in Sin Mal's hand, and knew that Bronya and Sin Mal were going to be sent to the X-10 experiment, so he begged Cocolia to use the hidden stigmata as a sufficient Qualified subject to replace Bronya as the subject.
After the experiment began, Seele met her personality in a fantasy, that is, the stigmata of eternal resentment against Honkai. The stigmata has changed into Sin Mal, Cocolia, and Bronya, but in order to prevent Seele from experimenting, she made her own awareness, opened the Toy box of Isaac, and finally saw the creation of the The missing body "Bronya". However, things didn't go as expected. After a short success, Seele's body quickly quantified. Seele's left the laboratory in the Deep Sea and rushed to the orphanage in order to be able to see Bronya again. In the end, she only had time to pass my hair accessories to Bronya.
After knowing the truth of the matter, Bronya was forced to die, and risked her life to conduct experiments. After the experiment had passed the safety time limit, Bronya used her own will to prevent the experiment from ending. She only wanted to stay with Seele forever. A part of her brain was burned. Since then, she can no longer feel joy nor smile.
And she lost the most important Seele...

Deep Sea Chamber (2014)[]
The X-10 experiment caused severe damage to Seele's personality, unable to confirm herself, and reduced individual identification ability. The dark personality therefore occupies Seele and maintains the existence of herself by constantly preying on the memory of others. Seele's personality rejects violence, so her memory always stays in the time period before the experiment.

Three years later after the incident, in an operation, the Kiana's team (Kiana, Mei and Bronya) entered the Deep Sea Lab located on the bottom of the sea, where they met Bronya's long-lost friend Seele. While preparing to take Seele out of the laboratory, Seele's dark personality awakens at this time, trying to fix the unstable existence of Seele with reality by killing Bronya, ended up with letting the three of them go and disappeared with the Deep Sea Lab.

Seele's Fairy Tale[]

Nightmare[]
One day, a phenomenon called "Nightmare" suddenly appeared in Changkong City. The 5th Valkyrie Squad of Schicksal received the order to investigate, but discovered the fact that the nightmare cannot be eliminated, but will continue to split. In the center of the Nightmare Outbreak, Bronya and her team found Cocolia.
Nightmare is a mirrored space discovered by Anti-Entropy in Europe. After this space was awakened and transferred to Changkong City, Cocolia came to the center of the Nightmare, with the purpose of transforming her daughter Seele into Herrscher so she can escape from the quantum state. The Tranquility Gem started to absorb the Houkai energy around, even the Houkai energy of the Nightmare, but at this time Seele had a change, and her personality conflicted with the other personality again. Taking advantage of this gap, Bronya took hold of the Herrscher Core that was absorbing the Houkai energy.
Candyland[]
When Bronya woke up, she found that she wasn't in a nightmare, but in a fairy tale world, where she met Lulu, who was on the verge of destruction in Candyland. Although the dream world was created based on Bronya's dream, the world belonged to Seele and Bronya, but this world was facing a crisis because of the arrival of another personality of Seele. Under the guidance of the residents of the fairy tale world, Bronya found 2 Seele personalities were fighting. Although the two Seele personalities were completely opposite, because of the relationship between them, both Seele liked Bronya, but Bronya only wanted to protect the Seele who she thought was kind. The other personality of Seele was also part of Seele, so the two became one and became the real Seele.
Anira's Nightmare[]

Because the fairy tale world has also been eroded by the Nightmare, Bronya and Seele walked into the Nightmare world, and they met the girl "Anira" who symbolized the nightmare. Seele awakens the remaining good thoughts and hopes in Anira, and then connects the nightmare world with Seele's dream world. Because both worlds are constructed by strong thoughts, they naturally have adaptability. In this way, Anira was influenced by Seele and integrated into Seele's dream world.
Seele reshaped her body through the mass destruction of Nightmare. At the center of the storm, Bronya was awakened by the 5th team member who was rushed to her. Seele was next to her but didn't wake up, Cocolia saw that Herrscher's Plan had been failed, also gave up the plan to recycle Seele. Seele was resurrected by the power of the Tranquility Gem.
Final chapter[]
At the end of the retrospective chapter, Kiana, who was once again turned into a Herrscher, send her back into a quantum state, failing to prevent the destruction of the world.

Because Sin Mal secretly conducted the X-10 experiment, Bronya and Seele were involved in Sin Mal's consciousness space, and they met Sin when she were young. Bronya thinks Sin is a monster, so beware of her, but Seele also hints at Bronya intentionally or unconsciously. However, Sin's malice towards Seele angered Seele, Seele disregarded Bronya's prevention and started a battle with Sin Mal. Although Sin Mal lost to Seele in the battle, the experiment still failed.
God of War exploration (Otherworld - Explorer)[]

After Sin Mal joined Bronya's team, Bronya's team followed Yssring Leavtruth to explore the remains of the God of War. On the bottom of the sea, they found a huge machine and passed Bronya's energy to turn on God of War. The God of War No.2 machine has the same appearance as Seele, and also calls Bronya her sister, which makes Seele very upset. They tried to close the terminal to bring out the chip, but unexpectedly triggered the terminal's expulsion instruction. With the hard work of the 3 people, the second unit of the Houkai Strategic Integration Terminal went to sleep with insufficient energy, and the combat machinery ceased operation. At this time, Jyahnar appeared in front of them, later the second unit of the Houkai Strategic Integration Terminal awakened and blocked Jyahnar's offensive.
