Cecilia Schariac is the strongest S-rank Valkyrie ever recorded in the history of Schicksal, being one of the St. Freya Academy's Headmaster and the contemporary patriarch of the Schariac family. Cecilia is the mother of Kiana Kaslana, Siegfried Kaslana's wife and close friend of Theresa Apokalypse.

In the Newborn story, before the year 2000, Cecilia rescued Shigure Kira in an idol selection and Kira followed her to become an A-rank Valkyrie.
In the year 2000, the second Houkai broke out in Western Siberia. The Snow Wolf squad, led by the Saint Cecilia of the Schicksal, was ordered to fight and encountered Sirin, who was transformed into a Herrscher. In 2008, during a mission between Cecilia and Siegfried, Otto conducted a core fusion experiment on Kiana, and then the laboratory was attacked by Anti-Entropy.
