Is the Honkai impact 3rd X Houkai Gakuen 2 and the christmas update coming to the JP server or is just going to be in the CN server?

I recently started playing ggz and was speeding through the main story but the stages are getting harder. As there are no build how-to explanations anywhere (that I know of) I basically have no idea what I'm doing with my build... I've researched to a point where I understand that there is no meta, and to build according to what you need in the scenario, however it is still looking very complicated, and as a new player, the limited weapons and armor make it very hard to follow suggested builds. Is there a way to know what stat focused build is good for the stage/event, and is there a way to know if one combination of your gear is better than another??? pls help T-T

I just discovered this game and I wanted to play so i downloaded the game in the official Chinese website but I couldn't play it because I needed a Chinese mihoyo account.

Is there a way where I could play the game or make an account where I could log in?

Also does the game have an English language option?

If yes, where can i find them?

When I started playing GGZ on JP server I was able to buy things in game with my credit card, then something changed and I had to use PayPal to keep buying things. But now with PayPal I cannot buy anymore, something changed again... I tried using a VPN but it was in vain: it seems that because GGZ isn't in my Play Store I cannot buy anything in game... I wonder if there is a solution, I still want to support the game and buying things...

I opened the game to start a new game and when I download the package in the game it tends to crash at 11%. I'm using BlueStacks to play as I was told that it'd run just fine on there. The total size of the app I think is 7GB? And I have 22GB free on the drive I installed BlueStacks on. Plus my computer is pretty beefy, so it shouldn't have much problems downloading the game and running it. Did anyone else who is running the game on BlueStacks ever have this same/similar problem manage to fix it? I'd be very grateful to know how, thank you!
